We try our best to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible that appear on our shopping site. However, the actual colors you see sometimes will be varied by the brightness/contrast setting of your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% matching.

Which carrier do you use for free shipment?
Although Dragonext.com promises free standard shipment for every purchase, we would not compromise with the carrier quality. Dragonext.com delivers every product with tracking number via Hong Kong Post (www.hongkongpost.com), a well established and reliable carrier in Hong Kong. Customers usually can expect deliveries to reach their home within 2 weeks.

What is the shipment and handling charge if I would like to get my purchase in express?
We provide express shipment service via Hong Kong Post EMS. You can choose the express shipment service during checkout and examine the required shipment and handling charge.

What should I do if I still haven't received my package within the time you specified.
We usually need 4-5 working days to process your order before it is shipped out. Once it's shipped, it will take another 7-10 working days for your package to arrive at its shipping address. Packages on express deliveries will take about 3-4 working days in shipping time to reach the recipient. In the rare event that the recipient faces unexpected delays in receiving our products, this could be due to a customs holdup. These holdups are usually temporary before the goods are re-released to the recipient. The holdups are part of random checks conducted by customs staff to ensure that packages originating from overseas do not contain harmful ammunitions or chemical products. Please allow a grace waiting period of about 1 week if there happen to be cases of such unusual delays. After which, you can always contact us with written confirmation of your shipping address and we shall gladly investigate the matter for you.

What is a reshipment?
Reshipment refers to replacement(s) for returned item(s) or item(s) lost during shipment. Reshipments are sent to your shipping address. No. Dragonext.com will arrange a reshipment instead of a refund for all lost orders unless your order is already out of stock.

No. If your order is confirmed lost, Dragonext.com will arrange a reshipment after receiving confirmation of your shipping address. The ship-out time will depend on the availability of your ordered item(s).

What is your shopping site's return policy?
At Dragonext.com, we want you to be completely satisfied. We guarantee that we inspect all our products visually, and proper mechanical functions before we send out our products. We allow product exchange for DOA (dead on arrival) items. The returned items must be in new conditions with original packaging box. New condition refers to no marks or damage on the products and original packaging material. Refunds and exchanges will be only done so with all the required conditions fulfilled. It is essential that you obtain an Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service representative by email us sales@Dragonext.com, by phone at 852-23453353. Unfortunately, packages without a return authorization number will not be acknowledged. The RMA Number must be written on the original invoice and the shipping label. All returns and exchanges must have the RMA number; otherwise, we will not accept them. Returns must be postage prepaid via a traceable shipper. Goods lost in transit will be the responsibility of the customers.
